Samuel I. Grosby is a singer living in Chicago. He has performed with the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Music of the Baroque, Chicago Opera Theater, Wolf Trap Opera, New York Festival of Song and Opera for the Young. As a Luminarts Fellow and grant recipient, he commissions song cycles regularly. He arranges performances of pop and new music alongside standard classical repertoire in an effort to challenge preconceptions surrounding high art. He received his BM from the Eastman School of Music and his MM from Northwestern University.
