Jesse Morgan Barnett
Jesse Morgan Barnett is an American artist, curator and educator (b. 1978, Taegu, South Korea) working in Fort Worth, Texas. He received his MFA from the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently an assistant curator of education at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Barnett’s consideration of appropriated images, objects and events is a reassessment of agnostic proposition and drift. Selected exhibitions include Hiroshima Art Center, Hiroshima, Japan; Goss-Michael Foundation, Dallas, Texas; Mom Gallery, Austin, Texas; Charles Dee Mitchell Residence, Dallas, Texas; Museo de la Ciudad de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico; and the Cube, Roswell, New Mexico.
