Glenn Towery is a Vietnam combat veteran and an award-winning screenwriter, filmmaker, actor, composer and singer, and a graduate of Columbia College Hollywood. He is a member of Warrior Chorus, a veterans performance group and chairman of the Veterans Suicide Prevention Channel and the Austin Veteran Arts Festival.

He is an artist: glenn-towery.squarespace.com. His Production Company is Fairy GodBrother Productions & Film Company, LLC. He is the Executive Producer of Spectrum Theater in Austin, Texas. In April of 2020 he was awarded “BEST SCREENPLAY SCI-FI” at the FESTIGIOUS International Film Festival for his screenplay “STARFUNK and the ASTRAL PIONEERS”. Other memberships include 100 Black Men of Austin, DAV, VFW and the American Legion.
