Alberto Martinez

Alberto Martinez is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is a professor of history of science at the University of Texas at Austin, where he has taught since 2005. He is the author of seven books, including Science Secrets: The Truth about Darwin’s Finches, Einstein’s Wife, and Other Myths, and, Kinematics: The Lost Origins of Einstein’s Relativity. Martinez is a Fellow of the American Physical Society and he has been a research fellow at M.I.T., Harvard, Boston University, Caltech, and The Smithsonian.
