Tina Chen is an experienced technology leader with a track record of driving enterprise initiatives at Fortune 500 companies including Accenture, AT&T, and Capital One. She led global outsourcing and insourcing projects, built centralized database support teams, directed data center exit and spearheaded cloud migration efforts. Her expertise in data engineering and managing cross-functional teams fuels her passion for interdisciplinary research. Currently, Tina is engaged in AI application research and curriculum development on emergence studies through her work with the ArsciLab and the Center for Emergence Studies. She holds multiple master’s degrees and a Ph.D. in Arts, Technology, and Emerging Communication from the University of Texas at Dallas.
