Nils Roemer
Nils Roemer is an academic leader who champions the arts and humanities in a digital age. He received in 1993 his MA from the University of Hamburg and in 2000 his PhD from Columbia University. As Dean of the Bass School at UT Dallas, he explores the intersections of memory, technology, and culture—especially through Holocaust studies, European history and public-facing scholarship.
