Michael A. Livingston

Michael A. Livingston is Professor of Law at Rutgers-Camden School of Law. He has published a number of books and articles on Law and the Holocaust, most notably The Fascists and the Jews of Italy: Mussolini’s Race Laws, 1938-43 (Cambridge University Press). Professor Livingston has also published extensively in the tax field. His current projects include a study of taxation and culture and an additional study of the Nordic Model and its influence in the United States.
